Villa Tunera is located in Malinska on the island of Krk. The nearest airport is Rijeka (RJK), about 45 minutes drive away. You can also arrive by bus or your own vehicle.

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) for online payment and bank transfers. A deposit is required upon booking.

Villa Tunera is just 20 meters from the beach in Porat. You can walk to the nearest sandy and pebble beach in under a minute.

Yes, all apartments at Villa Tunera are fully air-conditioned. Each room has individual climate control so you can set the temperature to your preference.

All apartments include free WiFi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, private parking, sea view balcony, TV, and access to a shared pool with sun loungers.

The deposit is fully refundable if we receive written cancellation at least 30 days before arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival or in case of a no-show, 30% of the total booking amount is retained. Refunds are issued within 14 days of written cancellation. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Outdoor balconies and terraces are available for smokers — please use the provided ashtrays and avoid leaving cigarette butts on balcony floors, in the garden, or on the beach.

Yes, we regularly host families with children. A baby cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge — just let us know when booking. The pool is fenced, the beach at Porat is only 20 metres away with a gentle entry to the sea, and there are two playgrounds nearby. The apartments are spacious and family-friendly.

Malinska town centre: 1.5 km (5 min drive or 20 min walk). Valbiska ferry terminal: ~12 km (15 min). Rijeka Airport (RJK): ~30 km (35 min). Town of Krk: ~14 km (20 min). Vrbnik wineries: ~25 km (35 min). Baška Beach: ~35 km (45 min). Krk Bridge to the mainland: ~25 km (25 min).

Yes, the apartments are well suited for remote work. Each apartment has high-speed free WiFi covering the entire space, a desk with natural light, and a quiet environment. Malinska centre also has additional cafés with WiFi if you fancy a change of scenery.

We have several ground-floor apartments with minimal steps, suitable for guests with limited mobility. The beach at Porat is on the same level as the villa (20 m walk). Please contact us before booking with your specific requirements so we can recommend the most suitable apartment.
