House Rules

Dear guests, we wish you a warm welcome to Villa Tunera Apartments! In this villa you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules.

If there is something more you wish or you have an important question, please contact us directly at info@villatunera.com or via WhatsApp. We will assist you as soon as possible, but latest within 24 hours.

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in and key collection take place directly at the villa.
  • Check-in: from 16:00 (4:00 PM).
  • Check-out: by 10:00 (10:00 AM) at the latest.
  • Guests are kindly requested to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure. Otherwise, the full rate will be charged for that day.
  • On the last day of your stay, please inform us of the exact time of your departure. At departure, please leave the keys in the safe or on the dining table.

2. Accommodation Rate

The apartment rate includes utilities (water supply, electricity, gas/electricity for cooking and hot water) and the change of bed linen in room(s) and towels in bathroom(s).

The accommodation rate for the reserved period will be charged prior to the beginning of your stay.

3. Care of the Property

  • In order to ensure a pleasant stay for you as well as other potential guests, please use your apartment and its furnishings and fittings with good care.
  • Please pay attention to managing inventory and equipment of the villa.
  • You are kindly requested not to take towels, bed linen, blankets, sun umbrellas and similar items out of the property, nor to move interior furnishings (tables and chairs) outside or expose them to sun and rain.
  • In the case of wind or bad weather, please close the parasols and window blinds.
  • Upon departure, you are required to allow the host to check the accommodation and are obliged to pay for any caused damage.

4. Quiet Hours

Peace and quiet should be observed from 22:00 to 08:00.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the rest of other guests and neighbours during these hours.

5. Guests & Visitors

  • Guests are not allowed to accommodate non-residents in the rented accommodation.
  • Hosting visitors who are not registered guests is not permitted without prior consent from the host.

6. Electrical Appliances

The use of one's own electrical appliances (refrigerators, fans, heaters) is not permitted as this causes higher utility costs. All necessary appliances are already provided in the apartment.

7. Valuables & Safety

Please note: we cannot be responsible for your personal valuables and money, so keep them locked in the safe.

9. Additional Services

  • If you want to change linen, please let us know (extra service).
  • For any comments, compliments or suggestions, feel free to contact us through our stated contacts.

10. Early Departure

If you decide to terminate your reservation earlier than agreed, payment must be made for the whole period you have reserved.

Pool Rules

1. Pool Hours

The pool is available for use from 08:00 to 22:00. Please respect these hours for the comfort of all guests.

2. Hygiene

  • Please shower before entering the pool.
  • Do not enter the pool with sunscreen, body oils, or similar products that have not been absorbed.
  • Do not use the pool if you are feeling unwell or have any open wounds.

3. Safety

  • No diving — diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
  • No running — please walk carefully around the pool area to avoid slipping.
  • Children must be supervised — children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
  • Swimming under the influence of alcohol is not recommended.

4. Glass & Food

  • No glass — glass containers, glasses, and bottles are not permitted in the pool area. Please use plastic or unbreakable containers.
  • Please do not consume food directly at the pool edge.

5. Pool Furniture

  • Please use the provided towels or your own towels on sun loungers.
  • Do not move pool furniture to areas outside the pool zone.
  • Please leave the pool area tidy after use.

6. Noise & Behaviour

Please be considerate of other guests. Excessive noise, loud music, and disruptive behaviour are not allowed in the pool area.

7. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the pool or in the immediate pool area for hygiene reasons.
